Baba Ghanouj

Our Hummus may be the "Yummust," but our "Baba is the Bestest!" We make this Lebanese version with roasted eggplants, lots of tahini, fresh garlic, Greek yogurt and lemon. We almost always sell out of this one!

Garlic Sauce

This mayo-based aioli is used by our family to marinate chicken breast chunks for Lebanese chicken kabobs (chiche taouk) before grilling, or as a dip for rotisserie chicken. Be sure to reserve some sauce on the side before marinating - for dipping the grilled chicken into at the table. Also great with beef, kafta, fish or lamb, but especially good in place of ketchup with french fries!
