Our Hummus is the Yummust!™

We offer 11 flavors of Hummus --from traditional to not -- but we make everything the Lebanese way: with fresh ingredients, pure tahini (no added oils!), hand-trimmed fresh garlic and freshly-squeezed lemons.

Our Hummus may be the "Yummust," but our "Baba is the Bestest!" We make this Lebanese version with roasted eggplants, lots of tahini, fresh garlic, Greek yogurt and lemon. We almost always sell out of this one!

This mayo-based aioli is used by our family to marinate chicken breast chunks for Lebanese chicken kabobs (chiche taouk) before grilling, or as a dip for rotisserie chicken. Be sure to reserve some sauce on the side before marinating - to pass at the table to dip the grilled chicken into. Also great with kafta, fish or lamb, but especially good in place of ketchup with french fries!​ When our customers talk about our Garlic Sauce, they generally use the word "addicted." Yeah, you need to try it.
